Cinnamon & Sugar Pastry Valentines

These fun little pastry bites will only take you 10 minutes to make.  They are the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar, fruit, and whipped cream!  The best part about it is that they are easy enough that your little loves can help you make them too!

Ingredients:
Frozen Pastry Puff Sheets
1/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 C. Melted Butter
Pie Filling (I used raspberry)
Whipped Cream (homemade or canned)
Sprinkles

Thaw out pastry sheets and cut out desired shapes.  Lay them out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.  While baking, mix cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl.

When done baking, brush melted butter over them then roll the tops into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Let cool on a rack.

Once cool, spoon pie filling and whipped cream on top.

Enjoy!
