Just spotted your video when searching for ideas as it relates to paint stir sticks. On a side note and before I forget, you might want to change the COLOR of the font on your site and here in this “REPLY” space…the gray shade is VERY difficult to view as opposed to a standard black color. A/ways…

I can’t imagine the price of paint sticks going up that much, but you noted THREE CENTS from a paint store?!?! The ones from Lowes/Home Depot have lettering all over them, and a quantity from there (here in our town and today, 2016), they want to charge me .25…NOT! 🙂 Geesh, you can buy ’em online with NO lettering for eleven cents, and with a deeper search, I can maybe find ’em for less but don’t think anywhere near the three cents you noted in the video.

Also, the 1st item you showed in the video with the mirror…those must be paint stir PADDLES? The longest paint stir STICK is only 14″ if I’m not mistaken, and each portion on the mirror looks (?) a good bit longer than that. And if they GIVE those away, 2 or 3 might be the most you could get from a local store, even if you’re a good schmoozer I would think 🙂 Either way…

Got a few good ideas from what I’ve seen. Let me further search your site for some more great ideas! 🙂ReplyCancel

    Oh…I forgot to ask this…

With the fridge magnets, how do you get the burnished edge look around the perimeter of each piece you modpodged on to the stick? The edges look aged/burnt and much darker.

    Thx again! 🙂ReplyCancel

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
