What’s new in my home…

Welcome!  Come inside my home as I show you a few things I’ve added as of late.
My Anthro-inspired tea towel!  I love it because it adds that needed pop of color to my stainless steel oven.  I made it from linen and lace, and cut out flowers from some scrap fabric I had lying around.  I sewed around them then washed to make the edges fray a bit.
The bunting above my sink.  Something’s been missing and I just decided to make this and try it out.  I think I like it.  It’s made from the left-over linen I had from the tea-towel and a little scrap fabric.
I just ripped up some fabric I had and then braided it for the base of the pennants.

My linen and lace table runner.
Peacock feather wreath.  Don’t you just love the color scheme of peacocks??  I do!  This adds the perfect amount of Spring to my front door!
Want to see the other things I’ve been working on for my house?  Check back on Wednesday!

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
