Calling all date ideas…

Okay, I am in need of some fun, yet cheap, date ideas! You see, when my hubby and I were dating in High School, I felt like I always had the funnest date ideas!! Now I just feel like a boring wife!! If you have a fun date idea, without spending a lot of money, if any, please share!! I would love to hear what all of you do with your significant others for fun! Thanks!

We go on little adventures – We searched for a donut place across town that boasts of maple/bacon donuts. We go on hikes. We find free tastings and lectures – the chocolate tasting was fun.
    Stuff like that.ReplyCancel

What about grabbing your fav food from some where and taking it to the park and eatting it on the grass with a blanket?

It would be fun to come up with a different way to ask him on a date! Maybe with a scavenger hunt!!ReplyCancel

Sometimes when we have a date night we are really tired to stay out late and come home early! So sometimes we have dates during the day on a weekend. Breakfast and brunch tends to be cheaper than dinner! We find different things going on around town, and go. Recently we went to the Diana exhibit (I’m a Brit so I HAD to go) – tickets were cheap and we walked around just holding hands.

Sometimes when we have a sitter, after dinner we don’t know what to do with ourselves. We don’t want to hang or drink in a bar. We sometimes even shop for a date! We’ll split up at the dollar store or Target with a $5 budget apiece, to go buy the other one a gift. We meet up out front and make exchange them. We have a good giggle at our purchases!

Or we go to the card store and pick a couple cards for the other one, and exchange them in the store, read them ,and put them back!ReplyCancel

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
