Biscoff Kiss Cookies

biscoff kiss cookiesSo basically, my family loves Biscoff cookie butter/cookies.  We have been experimenting with different recipes using the addicting stuff.  When I asked my daughter what recipe she wanted to make to enter into our county fair’s recipe exhibit, she said, “something with cookie butter”.  Thus, Biscoff Kiss Cookies were born and won themselves a blue ribbon!!These cookies obviously stem from the well-known, Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie.  My mom has made them for as long as I can remember, but mostly a Christmas tradition.  When I was younger, I would help her unwrap all the Hershey Kisses to get them ready to put on the cookies as they came out of the oven.  I will always remember helping her bake these cookies on Christmas Eve for all of our neighbors.

I decided to have my girls do this.  They unwrapped all of the chocolate kisses as these Biscoff Cookies were baking.  I won’t say whether or not we snuck in a few kisses before they were actually on the cookies though!  Here is the recipe we used and how we incorporated the cookie butter:

Biscoff Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:
14 oz Sego milk
3/4 C. Biscoff cookie butter
2 C. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Hershey Kisses
1 C. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Beat milk and peanut butter until smooth.  Add Bisquick and vanilla, mix well.
Roll into 1″ balls. Pour sugar into bowl and roll the balls into sugar until covered.  Place 2″ apart on an ungreased pan.  Bake 6-8 minutes or until ever-so-slightly brown.  Don’t overcook.  Store in airtight container with a half a slice of bread to soften.

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
