Christmas Breakfast Casserole

christmas egg casserole
Today I am sharing a Christmas tradition that is super-tasty!  This is a breakfast recipe that my mom has made for years and years and every Christmas morning we would eat it after opening gifts.  This Christmas breakfast casserole is one of our family’s favorites.  It is fluffy, full of flavor, and easy to make.  I have now adopted this long-lasting breakfast tradition it into my own family’s Christmas morning.

The casserole recipe has remained the same but I have decided to incorporate Rhodes rolls into the mix.  It is a full of flavor with a mixture of eggs, cheese, and meat and has a fluffy texture.  I wanted a 1-dish breakfast so that I wouldn’t have to be cleaning up on Christmas morning.  I prepare this casserole the day before so that I all I have to do is pop it in the oven when the kids wake up.  Here is how you make this:

You can find the full recipe over HERE on the Rhodes Bread Blog.

yummy christmas casserole

This makes the perfect Christmas morning breakfast because you can put it in the oven right when you wake up before opening gifts.  By the time your kids are done opening their gifts, breakfast is ready to be served!

s’mores is probably the coleost & funnest (and most nostalgic) camping food. I mean you almost have to make this when ever you go camping or whenever there is a camp fire. For breakfast I like to make anything on the griddle (flat surface) for some reason to me this is the funnest way to cook breakfast and you can do it over a fire. Just plain ole eggs, bacon (or canadian bacon), and potatoes. For lunch or dinner I love steaks or hamburgers but also hot dogs over the fire and great. +3Was this answer helpful?ReplyCancel

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
