Announcing IGNITE: spark your inner creativity!

This has been months in the making and I am extremely excited to be telling you about Ignite today!  October is a special month for me, it’s my Birthday Month!!  I want to celebrate by hosting a BIG GIRLS NIGHT OUT with all of YOU!
Women, if you need a night out full of crafting (and actually completing them without interruptions), giveaways, a wonderful speaker, swag, and of course, food, then you need to come to IGNITE.  Come and enjoy the company of other women who may include friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, or strangers…

This event will be held on October 11th.  If you come to Ignite, you will make and take home with you 5 completed projects.  The supplies will be provided for you with instruction, you will make the projects while at Ignite and put your own unique personality into them.  You will have the privilege of listening to Aleisha from She Calls Me Mama Leisha, a wonderful writer/speaker, thus leaving feeling inspired and uplifted.  Your tummy will be fed with light refreshments.  There will be giveaways throughout the night from the wonderful sponsors involved and everyone will go home with swag.  Doesn’t this sound like the ultimate Girls Night Out?

It doesn’t matter your age, level of ‘craftiness’ or even if you know me or not….if you are a woman then you are invited!  You can snag your tickets starting tomorrow, Thursday.  Follow my Instagram or Facebook to see what time tickets will be ready for snagging.

Thanks to all of the amazing sponsors involved to make this night incredible!

Here is how Ignite came about:
As a blogger, I often get acquaintances that come up and comment on latest project then say, “I really wanna make what you did but I’m just not “crafty”“.  I don’t believe people when they say they are not “crafty”.  I think that every human being has “crafty” inside of them but sometimes it just takes being in the right environment, in the right mindset, and around the right people for their inner creativity to spark and IGNITE!  While some people may not be crafty with mod-podge and paper, or sewing; others may be crafty building things, cooking, or painting.  I am hopefully providing you with all the things at IGNITE to help you spark your inner creativity and prove to you that you are crafty indeed!

Hope to see you there and see the things you create!

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
