Easy Breakfast Burritos – make and freeze!

 Thanks to my sis-in-law for giving me this recipe.   It has made our lives so much easier in the mornings, especially for my hubby, who leaves too early to eat breakfast with us, so he just usually doesn’t eat breakfast at all!  Now, he just grabs a burrito out of the freezer and takes it to work with him.  I made a batch of these last week and froze them.  They are super-yummy.  Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sausage
12 eggs
3/4 C. milk
1 C. salsa
1 C. shredded cheese
15 burrito size tortillas
Freezer-safe ziplock (30 gal.)
Seran wrap
Brown the sausage.  In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs then add to sausage and cook until eggs are done.  Next, mix in cheese and salsa until melted all together.
Let the mixture cool a bit and then spoon 1/3 C. of the mixture into each tortilla.  Wrap them up like burritos and then wrap individually in seran wrap
 
 Once they are all wrapped up, place in freezer-safe ziplock bag and put in freezer!
When you heat these up you will warm them in the microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
*This makes 15 burritos*
