This pregnancy I have been all about dresses.  You guys, I cannot wear anything but dresses!  I get too hot and claustrophobic wearing shorts or pants, plus, I feel like I am about to burst out of the seams of them!  I am about being comfortable and cool while still looking somewhat put together – dresses do just that!  I came across a dress line via Instagram one day and so glad I did.  Read all about how I wear a Sonnet James play dress for maternity.

Yes, I said play dress.  That is what this dress is called.  It’s funny because when my girls get dressed in the morning and want to wear a dress (they love wearing dresses too), I tell them to ‘go put on a play dress’.  Now, I can tell myself that too!

On the tag of my dress it says, “Sonnet James, a playdress”.  When I received my dress in the mail, I had to snap a picture because it was all so cute.  Here is an Instagram pic:

Yes, they sent suckers with it and little toys that my girls enjoyed too!
They want us as moms to bring out our inner child; to play with our kids and still be able to wear a dress!  I love it!

That said, I’m 32 weeks pregnant.  So lets talk about that.  This dress works great whether you are pregnant or not.  It is made from Rayon and Spandex so it is stretchy, lightweight, cool, and so soft!  There is plenty of room for a growing belly, plenty of fabric to cover up (modest), and lots of stretch so you can get down on the ground an enjoy a popsicle with your kids!

While I love playing with my kids and wearing comfortable shoes, I also love dressing up.  I love that you can dress up this dress just as much as you can dress it down.

I will cherish this dress for the rest of my pregnancy and plan on wearing it afterward as well!
