Parfaits …for kids!

Last week we were in charge of the snack for Charli’s preschool.  The problem was, I remembered at 8 o’clock the night before!  I searched to see what I had as far as fruit snacks or goldfish went and I didn’t have enough.  So, I decided to make what I did have work!
Mini Jello & Yogurt parfaits.

You need:
1 small box of Jello (I did strawberry)
Vanilla yogurt
Bananas (or other fruit)
Vanilla Wafers
Small plastic cups

Make the Jello according to package directions and put into plastic cups.  Fill cups about 2/3 full.  Let set and then before serving, top with a big scoop of yogurt, cut bananas, and a vanilla wafer!  That’s it, so easy!  Charli loved hers & always loves eating anything out of a cute, little cup!  The time before this we took chocolate cookies as our snack so I wanted to take something a bit healthier.
You can get 13 cups out of the 1 small box of Jello.

Hey, I'm Kami!

Welcome to the blog

Wife to my Jr. High sweetheart, mother to three daughters. I have always loved being social and staying connected with other people who have similar interests to me. I started a blog back in 2010 and have been in the social networking scene since then. I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident, and see their own beauty.
