Here are a few things that you can freeze for a snack to cool you down this summer:
Frozen Grapes
Just wash and let dry, then put in a tupperware and freeze! These are my favorite snack to suck on or just eat!
Yogurt Popsicles
These are perfect for the kids, they don’t have to know its yogurt! My little girl loves these and so do I! It’s the perfect snack to cool you down.
Frozen Cranberries
Like the frozen grapes, these are perfect for sucking on and cooling you down. I have noticed when I freeze them, they aren’t so sour when bitten in to!
Frozen raspberries are delish! I remember when I was a kid I would always make frozen lemonade cubes and put toothpicks in them as the stick- soo fun and almost like a popsicle.

My mom used to freeze orange juice in popsicle trays with a berry in the middle.
I LOVE frozen grapes!! Also, frozen bananas are really yummy (peel them before you freeze them).
